Searching internet classifieds can be one of the best ways to go about buying a horse. But it can also be very frustrating too. There are so many horses and so many sites to visit that you can easily waste a lot of time. Here are our suggestions for streamlining the process.

• First, check out our ads. They're database driven so you can conveniently search by breed, age, temperament, skills, location, . . . and on and on. It's a real time saver because you don't have to scroll through page after page of ads.
  Aside from our "Quick Search" on our home page, we have two additional searches. They are:
  
  ** Basic Search ** Our most used search for those that don't just want a quick list of the newest ads. Here you can search by type of ad, price, breed, horse location, gender, horse skills, horse age, and horse height.
  
  ** Advanced Search ** Not for the faint of heart. A robust search screen that includes all of the Basic Search capabilities plus the ability to search by horse color, horse temperament, pedigree and horse names.
  
  
• Next, take a look at our breeder sites. These are quality sites as we have reviewed all of them. Typically you can select a breed and then find a breeder in your state.
